Gosh ... this ain't the first time when it happens but ...
I know the guild is divided into a few categories but when inviting new people don't move them directly to the level range section. Why ? Because some of them when they see they can take alz and items from guild wh they just take them and leave.
Inviting new people is good but let them stay in the member list for a while just to test waters for a week or two before changing their ranks.
Annoying to see that people join just to steal.
